建堂消息 (六月) / Church Rebuilding Update (Jun 10)

  • 11个受邀的承包商中,有9个回应招标。
  • 应承包商的要求,投标截止日期延长至9/6/2010,中午12时。
  • 建委会将与顾问团一起会见承包商,澄清标书里的细节。
  • 预计一个月后委任合格的承包商。
  • 八月后动工 。

  • 9 out of 11 Contractors responded to invitation to tender
  • On contractors’ requests, the tender period has been extended to 9/6/2010, 12 noon.
  • Rebuilding Comm together with the Consultants, will meet the Contractors to clarify their tender proposals
  • Tender to be awarded in about 1 month thereafter.
  • Work to start in August.

建堂消息 (五月) / Church Rebuilding Update (May 10)

建堂消息

重建局已经在416日给建堂项目发出发展准证,并豁免缴交发展费。
所批准的容积率是
2.93,总面积是4,717.97平方米。
感谢主。

绘测师在429日发信邀请11个建筑承包商参与投标,截止日期是527日。
请代祷,求主拣选一个有专业水准,又可同工的承包商一起来完成上帝的托付。


预定场地

会友们若要预定Patson 或旧教堂的场地作事工用途,请在1pm 4pm之间联络Uncle Lee,电话94794571Uncle Lee每周一休假。

在主日使用国专的场地,可在2周前在行政柜台或电 63384571(办公室)办理。如果需要长期使用,则需要在2个月前提出,以便国专方面批准。


Rebuilding Update

URA has issued the written permission for our rebuilding project and waived the Development Charge.
The approved Plot Ratio is 2.93, with Gross Floor Area of 4,717.97m2.
Thanks be to God.

The architects have also sent out letters to invite 11 main contractors to participate in the tender. Closing date is 27 May.

Please pray that God would select the one that is professional and can work with us to complete the project that God entrusted upon us.

Booking of Rooms

For booking of rooms in Patson or old church building for ministry use, pl contact Uncle Lee @ 94794571 between 1pm and 4pm. Pl note that Uncle Lee is off duty on Mondays.

Usage of Kuo Chuan premises on Sundays can be arranged 2 weeks in advance at the Admin Counter or telephone 63384571 (church office). For long term usage, we need 2 months to obtain Kuo Chuan’s approval.

建堂消息 (一月) / Church Rebuilding Update (Jan 10)

感谢主给我们预备了更加合适,租金又合理的办公室,签约的过程又非常顺利。

办公室的地址是 33 Ubi Ave 3, #05-55,正式搬迁约在三月中。

市区重建局在1月25日就我们申请发展准证给予回复,提出了20多项必须遵守的条例。愿神引领,帮助绘测师有智慧地应付各项要求,并在10天内给与满意的答复。又愿神感动重建局批准我们有关豁免发展费的申请。


Thank God that He has prepared a temporary office that suits our needs. The rental is reasonable and the process of securing the tenancy was smooth. The office address is 33 Ubi Ave 3 #05-55. We will be moving to the new office in mid-March.

On 25 Jan 10, URA gave a reply to our application for written permission. We are to comply with about 20 requirements. May the Lord grant wisdom for the Architect to provide a satisfactory response within 10 days. May He also move the approving authority to waive the Development Charge.

Preview of new church building


建堂消息 (十二月) / Church Rebuilding Update (Dec)

好消息

1. 楼面格局经肯定之后,重新计算的总楼面尚有100方米的可用面积。绘测师建议在在原本的6楼天台,加添一个可坐80人的小交谊厅,面向天台。

2. 绘测师及咨询团表示可能把拆除旧楼及地基工程提前一个月,使我们能够在2011年11月搬回新教堂。

请为以上好消息感谢继续为豁免发展费代祷。


Good News

1. The final GFA computed upon confirmation of layout showed that 100m2 is available within the allowable plot ratio. It is now possible to add a small multipurpose hall above the sixth storey with a small courtyard.

2. The Architects and consultants were asked to revise the project schedule and bring forward demolition and foundation works, so that we can move back to the new church building by Nov 2011.
