市区重建局取消了部分的要求,允许我们在地段的后半部把教堂延伸到Patson的地界,约17米深的地段不必保留3米的空间。
虽然容积率仍旧是3,这一改变对于解决一些棘手的问题很有帮助。
Good news!
URA has relaxed the setback requirement and allowed us to build the rear part of church building up to the boundary abutting Patson. There is no need for 3m setback for a distance of 17m.
Although the Plot Ratio remains at 3, this change would allow us to resolve some of the design issues.
