建堂消息 (八月中) / Church Rebuilding Update (Mid Aug)

感谢主让URA允许我们把新教堂建在一部分的保留地段上，使得我们在一楼有个厨房及更多厕所的需要有了解决办法。但是，重新规划的空间需要特别申请。愿神感动有关方面批准我们的请求。

Thank God that URA has relaxed the setback requirements. This change allows us to have a kitchen and a bigger toilet on the first storey fellowship hall. However, the revised layout involves relocation of the transformer room and the switch room, which requires the approval of the authorities. May the Lord move the people so that they will approve our plans.

建堂消息 (八月) / Church Rebuilding Update (Aug)

好消息！

市区重建局取消了部分的要求，允许我们在地段的后半部把教堂延伸到Patson的地界，约17米深的地段不必保留3米的空间。

虽然容积率仍旧是3，这一改变对于解决一些棘手的问题很有帮助。

Good news!

URA has relaxed the setback requirement and allowed us to build the rear part of church building up to the boundary abutting Patson. There is no need for 3m setback for a distance of 17m.

Although the Plot Ratio remains at 3, this change would allow us to resolve some of the design issues.

Praise the Lord.

Church Rebuilding Update: Soil Investigation

GeoSpecs Pte Ltd has been appointed to perform a soil investigation works at our church premises. This work is expected to commence in a week’s time and it will last for a period of 32 days. The areas affected include the carpark and the kindergarten.

Please join us in prayer to ask for God’s guidance and for a smooth process.

1. 各顾问公司的老板都是基督徒，感谢主为我们预备了主里的弟兄来一起同工。
2. 顾问团能同心合一，充满智慧，合作无间。

建堂工作小组目前正在评审“建堂顾问团”(包括绘测师，土木及结构工程师，机械及电气工程师，估量师等)的合同条款。

• 求神预备一组精明能干，诚实可靠的顾问为我们的建堂项目效力
• 求神预备一组有魄力的弟兄姐妹为我们策划及执行教堂的的搬迁项目
• 求神赐下智慧，让建堂委员会能有效地收集有关新教堂的功能需求，并合理地整合成为建堂的规格
